Jim Walter Homes/Walter Mortgage Company They build your house dont complete it, they tell you that are coming back to fix and they never show up,they talk to people like they are dogs Tampa,FL, Florida

My husband and i built our home with Jim Walter Homes in 2005.We got aproved in FEB,2005 they did not get started untel july 2005.they started putting building supplies on the land a month before they started working on our home.The wood and sheeet rock got rain on and they told us that they was not going to use the supplies that got rain on ,but they did.We talk to the manger over the builders he said he was going to take care of everything and he didn't.they put the air unit on the side of the house where the drive way is ,Whenit should have been in the back.they old us that someone was coming move it they never came back,they never put window screens on our windows ,when we called them about they kept telling us they had to order them,its been six years and we never got them.Two weeks after we got into the home the sinks ,toilets in the bathrooms started dropping water on the floor in both bathrooms from up stairs.we called them about that they told us they would send someone out they never did ,we called back they told us they was sending someone out  they never did .i husband and i had to fix it our self.they steps on the front of the house was built to high ,we asked about that they told us they would come out and see about that they never did.When we signed  our papers the broker told us we did not have to make a payment untel a month after we closed. After our bill going to the wrong adress for two months .we got it and it said we was two months.one was for the month they said was a free month and the other was for the month we was in .WHEN we asked about the free month he told us he did not see it in the paper work(Thomas Harvey)He told my husband and i in a nasty way that if we did not pay both payments at the end of the month he was going to take action.when we started reminding him about all the things that they did not complete .ND THAT THEY SAID THEY WAS COMEING BACk to fix or compklete he told us that was not hes problem.we talk to many people at this company about the problems they all had the same nasty way of talking .we talk to lawers about it .but we never had or have the money to pay one .it has been six years and all these things are still un done .when we go through hardship  the most we ever got behind was a month in the hole.they call and talk to us like dogs and tell us how they going to take the house the house is only six years old and look like its 30 years old  because everything is falling apart. we have spent so much tring to keep this house from falling apart.
