Jimmie Brown Jimmie Brown Took $2500 and Performed No Services Missouri City, Texas

Jimmie Brown, an attorney in Houston, took a $2500 and did absolutely nothing.  The year was 2003.  I had a new born son and the Memorial Hospital at Gessner and I-10.  They said they thought he was born 3 weeks early.  Even though he was 6 1/2 pounds they insisted on giving him antibiotics.  I refused  and they threatened to have CPS take our baby.  I said giving a new born antibiotics just to be safe was wrong and it would like cause jaundice.  And that's exactly what happened.  I hired Jimmie Brown, a Houston Attorney;  (His full name is Jimmie L.J. Brown, Jr.) to sue the hospital and he took a $2500 retainer.  He never did anything.  He never filed suit or took interrogatories or anything.  He did absolutely nothing except spend the $2500.  No refund, no service no nothing.  This is a very very unethical individual.
