Jipan Computers in Sweeties Flea Market ripped off my Uncle and Aunt for two used Laptops that they said worked.  Jimmy told them they had a 30 warranty and upon getting them home they did not boot at all.  The following weekend my Uncle took them back and was told there would be a $25 dianostic fee per laptop.  They just spent $250 per laptop and because he wanted to get them fixed paid the fee, at a later time came back and told my uncle that it will cost him $150 per laptop to repair them.  Their laptops were junk and they were junk when they sold them to my uncle.  I wouldn't trust any computer or laptop from them.  Jimmy and his friends are weekend wannabe computer techs.

I have several witnesses and am trying to get my Uncle to file suit against Jipan and have been since it happened but he said he has learned his lesson about buying junk computers from a junk dealer at a Flea Market.  Lesson learned but don't buy computers at a flea market you are going to get burned.

Nothing in this report is true. We have never sold two laptops to one person and have them return to us to be repaired. Our dianostic fee has never been 25 dollars, It is 20 dollars and that is if you bring a computer to us purchase from somewhere else. We stand behine our computers for thirty days from date of purchase. So if a repair is needed and remember these are used computers, we repair them for free and what ever we repair is covered for thirty days from date of repair. We offer low cost computers to people who can not afford a new computer. 99% of computers we get back from our customers are those who r ready to upgrade. If we cannot repair the computer you get from us and we do not have something that matchs what you have purchase. We gladly give you your money back. The only reason we do this is to let people know they can't return the computer because they need money or found a better deal after they purchase our computer. Again we check our records and found no sale of two laptops to one person for the amount listed.
