I bought merchandise from URBANQ in APRIL/MAY 2001 and my rebates were due in JULY and since then I have not received any Q-bates. They have been giving me lame excuses that they had check printing problem. They gave more than a couple of dead lines dates on which I would receive my checks unitil now I have not received any single check towards my purchases. I would like this company at all cost and see this issue resolved immediately.
Please take appropriate action on this company and see that I receive my checks.

I bought merchandise from URBANQ in APRIL/MAY 2001 and my rebates were due in JULY and since then I have not received any Q-bates. They have been giving me lame excuses that they had check printing problem. I would like this company investigated at all cost and see this issue resolved immediately.
