J+J Motors Jeff Clinton Consignment Rip-Off, Father + Son scam shop, J+J Motors car sales, repair, detailing (cars/trucks/boats) Noblesville, Indiana

    Jeff (father) and Jeff (son) Clinton owned J+J Motors + sales.  They are currently moving out.  I paid them $3500 total for crappy engine replacement on a 02 Saab 95 turbo.  It took almost a year with literally 75+ delay excuses.  

    I also had an 01 Ford F-150 that I had a signed consignment agreement to receive $1600 after the sale.  Of course, they sold it and spun another web of lies afterwards and refused to pay "until the registration was cleared up".  I did an autocheck on the car to find it was titled/registered, and he then had deals in works to pay me back (because he obviously spent it).    

    After googling his name, I found the him and his son found it funny to scam hard working people.  I paid an extra $100 to file a small claims suit, and he is paying an attourney to "handle" it for him.  I was wondering if the multiple scams that he has pulled has ever landed in court before.  If so, what were the results.  I have a hearing on Jan 3rd, and welcome any info, assistance, or aid.

    I know that it was my fault for getting in this situation, and am fighting it more for principle and hopes that he won't continue hurting people.  He makes his money by buying/selling cars/trucks on craigslist, and living it up in condo's with his wife Jill Clinton.  Jill and his daughter Krisitin (at Indiana Sate University) have facebook accounts, and would not reply to offer any help.

    I caught up with him from where he was moving after he served, and threatened me with regret and refusal to pay.  His parting words were, "This will be fun".
