My initial problem was going to JK Harris thinking that I would be treated fairly, that I would be given honest, accurate information for my personal situation, paying them up front without any services being rendered, not being able to get my money back, and finally after several attempts of calling, faxing, priority mailing the details of my claim I have yet to get a satisfactory reply. The worse thing about all of this is that I initially paid these fees in 2003 and now in 2007 there is no one in that organization who is willing to assist me in getting my money back and through the conversations that I have had I was told I would not be getting back what I paid to them.
