J.K. Harris has continued their practice of promising to help alleviate tax debt w/the IRS and individuals w/OIC and back payment issues. Collecting fees up front, then doing little to nothing from the corporate offices on the east coast and promising to work w/the IRS on your debts - to no avail. Power of attorney was made and all avenues have vanished from what they've originally promised me at signing of contract w/them.
