Maryland man receives emergency help from JK Harris
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC - Owing the IRS back taxes can be a painful experience. It can be even more painful being levied by the IRS because of the debt. Fortunately, the IRS does have solutions to these situations.

Sean Stewart knew he owed the IRS, and because of a levy placed on his wages, he knew he needed help, and fast. That's when he turned to JK Harris & Company, the nation's largest tax resolution company, and its Emergency Management Team.

JK Harris immediatly went to work on the case for Stewart. With one telephone call to the IRS, Stewart's case specialist discovered her client was not compliant, meaning he had not filed all of his tax returns, and the IRS would not release a levy without them being filed.

After being informed about this, Stewart contracted JK Harris to complete his missing returns. Once Stewart filed the returns, JK Harris was able to negotiate an installment agreement with the IRS in which he would pay $43,262 debt in monthly payments. And perhaps, more importantly, the levy was released.

"My EMT Case Specialist was very professional and timely when it came to dealing with my tax issues," Stewart said. "The fact that during the process, she was understanding, helpful, conscientious and very attentive when I had questions or concerns in regards to what was expected of me, gave me peace of mind that I needed to not be stressed and feel confidence that things would be handled in an expeditious fashion."

And his case specialist had confidence in Stewart as well.

"He admitted he understood that this was an issue of his own making, and that he would do whatever was necessary to fix the problem," Stewart's case specialist said.

This whole press release is a lie. I am taking a look at the JK harris webpage and there is no mention of Emergency Management Team. JK Harris has an uneducated case specialist working on a taxpayer's case. Case specailist make about $10-11 an hour and have no expertise in taxation. There is no such thing as a emergency management team and is created for testimonials by Josh Baker. Peace of mind ties into the advertising that is on the jK harris webpage. Josh, why don't you tell the truth how JK Harris & Co took money from taxpayers ($3000 plus) and did absolutely nothing except prolong their tax nightmares. On several occassions,paperwork was lost by one case worker who was replaced by another case worker and than another.
Clients of JK harris filed complaints here on ripoff report about how inadequate the case workers were. Another complaint was that case workers were replaced quite frequently. I believe the turnover with case workers is relatively high at JK harris. The case workers nor the traveling salespeople are by no means tax professionals. If case workers had a consicence, they quit or get fired.

Josh, I think you just made this up for your advertising press release. I like to make a suggestion. Next time you tell a lie, at least get the dates right. THis press release has 2 different dates (March 21 and June 20, 2008). Josh, you need to pay attention to detail like this to get your story straight.
