Paid thousands of dollars in fees to JK Harris & Company for timely, professional service.
Every submission prepared by JK Harris & Company had one or more errors, due to their incompetence.
JK Harris & Company took longer to prepare material than IRS took to respond.
JK Harris & Company 'professionals' would not return numerous calls to discuss matters.
JK Harris & Company refuses to provide any reasonable level of customer service after taking the thousands of dollars in fees.
JK Harris & Company is preying on people who have entrusted them with thousands of dollars to help them, knowing that most of these people are not in a position retaliate.
IRS officials have stated that the material provided by JK Harris & Company often has multiple errors or ommissions.
