JK Harris Financial Recovery, LLC Client ripoff wont give me a refund after i cancled within the 3 business days cashed one of my checks causing me to be overdrawn and checks bouncing all over the place Charleston South Carolina

I went to this company for help. However I deceided after I left I did not want their help as they wanted me to pay them. I solved my problem in a different way. So I sent them a fax as I was instructed to cancel this contract. Kia a customer service rep I spoke with said no problem we will cancel the contract and you will not be charged anything, the checks would be withdrawn.

Well I thought ok things are taken care of and low and behold my check for $195.00 was cashed this week on 10/13/03.I called and then spoke with a Charlene Lee who said she was a Supervisor and said yes Mrs Crawford I do see where you canceled the contract and you were within the 3 business days and you should get a refund.

Well then I called back this Friday Oct 17, 2003 and she then informed me that there would not be a refund per her Supervisor with no explaination what so ever. So I then told her I was going to report the company to the Better Business Bureau. She said do what you have to do and I was so pissed I hung up on her. I just want my $195.00 refund plus $90.00 for nsf fees causing 3 of my checks to bounce. Thank you,
