JK Harris Lyed, cheated me, hardship with irs N. Charleston South Carolina

I contacted JK Harris to settle my back taxes. I gave them 500 down to start the process. I gave them all the paper work they needed to get started. They kept calling for more, they told me to stop my irs installment agreement i had with the irs. it put me in a bad position with the irs by listening to their advise.

I had a tax lien put on my credit report, levied bank account, garnished my payroll, they did nothing to help for 8 months. They called me one day and said they could not settle with the irs with a offer and compromise. They told me they could set me up with a installment agreement. Keep in mind i already had an agreement with the irs. I didnt hire them to set me up a payment plan. I hired them to settle with a compromise.

They lyed to me, they did nothing for me except take my money. I have yet to hear from them for 3 years plus. I want my credit cleared up and my money back. I want to enter whatever class action law suit they have so i can stick it to them, like they stuck it to me. I have been in irs problems ever since i was told to stopp paying the irs. I listened to what they told me to do. I have signed paperwork giving them the power of attorney to deal with my issues i had with the irs. They did nothing. I want everything cleared and money sent to me i feel i am owed.
