I gave JK Harris $1600 dollars, was given a phone number for contact only. they did not start my case for over a yr later, until my account was paid in full!!!! they don't tell you this in the begining, when I called, I was told to call back a week later, every time, or I couldn't get my contact person to call me back on a timely basis, they have since contacted me saying they have gone through a big change in the company and wanted me to start over, this has been 3 yrs now!!! I said NO and I have faxed and talked to them by phone for my money back, that was in Dec 04. I was told I would be given a response in 30 to 45 days, and have since heard nothing, what a surprize, just like I don't exist.They truely are a rip-off people beware!!!!!!
