My name is Daniel  I hired your company to represent me in dealing with the IRS. I first talked with your representative about 2 yrs ago, at the time I thought I was dealing with an up front service company to help me deal and negotiate with IRS like you keep saying on your TV commercials 1^st I sent in info needed to get started I received incorrect info with no follow up.2^nd in May 1^st 2009 I retired from my company due to my military disability of 70% rating by the VA. I was under the belief that your group would negotiate for me with the IRS to help settle any action no, negotiation ever happened or even became an issue. being out of work for more than a year due to my disability I became financially strapped I was to pay you 5,000.00 to handle my case they took the money out of my check book every month till I was unable to make the payment due to no income, being disabled. Your people tell me my case has been dropped because of non payment of 1,600.00 what about the money I paid for my concern is what did I pay for nothing but 3or 4 phone calls from your people Now I have turned 62years old I was able to apply and get a reverse mortgage on my home IRS took 13,399.00 from me due to taxes issues that were incorrect. , IRS has levied my checking account for another 947,00for IRS issues. I am now in negotiations with the IRS to settle my problem with no help from your group if you could explain to me what 3,400.00 payments paid for. If I had that money I could pay for an accountant to help solve my problem. I think that other veterans would be interested in your answer as soon as possible ON November 1^st I am taking my problem to my locale TV station and going on line with my story the end
