Jean Marc El Jwaidi has changed his name multiple times. In the past he is known as Jahal Adel El Jwaidi, Jamal, Joveidi, etc...
This con-artist of Lebaneese origin, who is a Muslim established JKG Development LLC and Babuski LLC only for 1 reason- to steal.
How can an uneducated Jahal Adel go from selling suites (men's clothing) to a "successful" businessman overnight? Very simple, by taking your money! The only skill he was born with and perfected is ability to LIE.
He created scam companies, Babuski LLC and JKG Development, that show investors all over the world that he is building a project in Las Vegas, PG Plaza. IF you check out the webside www.jkgdevelopment.com, it sounds so promissing. Photos of the construction site, great website layout. STOP!!! Just come to Las Vegas and see it for yourself: there is nothing...
All promissory notes and deeds he signs are fake. You will never get your money back. You hard-earned $$$ have been spent abundantly on his needs to have fun in life: trips in Europe, luxury hotels, luxury events, nanies, Bentley, $3600,000.00 house, etc...
Currently, there are 4 law suites against this guy. And, on June 16th, 2009 he has to show up in court. But Jean Marc and his wife, Kamila Zakoscielna, ran away to Orange, France. While hiding there, they are working hard on a next cash flow they can get.
If you come accross Jean Marc El Jwaidi, his brother Bilal Joueidi, Kamila Zakoscielna or her sister Agata Zakoscielna do yourself a favor and think 10 times before you loan money.
Jamal's debts to people are in millions and, to this day, he never had any intention to pay 1 penny to anybody.
In Muslim world, by now, his right hand would be cut off for what he does but he is pocketing your money with both hands in the United States.

The report is completely false. Jean Marc has spent over 15 million dollars on the project. This includes infrastructure work, permitting, zoning, renderings, etc. He has borrowed money to pay the underlying 10 million dollar mortgage. Like a lot of larger companies, he has run into rough financial times. He has kept his lenders informed of the details and paid them when funds have become available. He had a commitment for a large loan from a company in Connecticut. All of the papers were signed and in fact JKG advanced $150,000.00 to this company as a loan commitment fee. Eventually after several months it was learned that the lender was a fraud, who is now serving time in a penitentiary in Connecticut. The failure of this loan caused Jean Marc to reach out to friends and family for help to pay the 10 million dollar mortgage. At that time, the payments on the mortgage were $200,000.00 per month. It remains Jean Marc's intention to repay any lenders in full. That is much better than many companies on the Las Vegas strip who have failed to repay their lenders but did not complete their projects!!!
