Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
One of their salespeople came selling Kirby vacuums telling us we were getting it for $1450.
After we agreed to buy suddenly that was if we turned in our other Kirby. We first thought it over but still said ok. He said he was going to shampoo our carpet but that changed to you need to vac it good for 7 days first then he never came back.
When the bill came from the finance company we found they charged us $1908 for it.
Some of the shame goes to us for not looking through the paperwork BUT we were cheated totally by their reps.
