I placed an order through Sears.com on 12/25 and as of today, 1/10 have still not received any status updates, shipping notifications etc. from Jlinknet.
Sears has also tried contacting them 3x to no avail. You call the number for JLink and it goes straight to voicemail and of course no one returns your call. Straight up con-artists!
