Met with a rep in my home last month. Was going to pay the $7500.00 to take my resort off my hands forever. Made sense. But wanted a day to look up and research company. Asked rep to leave paperwork, He refused, said that only way to get the paperwork was to sign up. So i decided to look them up after he left. Now I know why. Jefferey Smarse and Chip Burton. The registered owners of the company that was created in May 2013. Were recently released from a long prison term. For drug trafficking dating back to 1990. The new Manager as of 7/22/2013 Ryan Phillips is a registerd sex offender for lewd and lacivious act againt a minor chile 12-15 years old. Do you want to give money to them?
