I was sent a check for $3988.35 to cash. I was told to call the number that I reported and offer a claim number that was listed in the letter. When I called to check it out I recieved a recorded message to leave my name and refrence number. It said that I had won $57,000 from a ballot system for Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing House, Inernet Gaming etc..... I was told to contact Cynthia Jacob by January 7th 2009.
