Basically, I paid to apply for the Auto Tracer program offered by JMW Financial Services. I paid $98 and was told it would be refundable after 90 days.

I've tried it out. I sent out more than 500 letters in 2 months. I spent more than $300 in stationaries, stamps, and printer inks. I had zero response.

In the third month I decided to get a refund. I found out that there was a $20 fee to get a refund. I had to submit a written request, with 30 proofs of attempt, send them back the software, and attach an original invoice. These things were never disclosed to me over the phone when I was inquiring about this job.

Even on the company website's home page, there is no details of the requirements of a refund. It is on the member page, which if you pay for the program, then, you can see. This is not an honest way to do business. Plus, the job is just a scam. I've tried it. It doesn't work. Period.

I complied with the rules and got my full refund finally. It took many months, with phone calls (refund department (866)537-2903), a compliant with the FBAA, and an email to local news.

If you are scammed and try to get a refund. Please follow the rules. You will get your refund. Don't waste your energy yelling or screaming or get angry at the rep over the phone. It won't help you get your refund. The rep is just hired to do his/her job.

My advise about 30 proofs of attempt is that--you can send out a letter with an invalid address, using an envelope that typed "Forwarding Service Requested" on it. When it is returned to you, just keep the empty envelope and use it to submit for a refund.

I think there are many more people who paid for this unworkable job. I hope you try to get your hard earn money back.

Good luck everyone.

Best,

Duangporn
