I understood I would be sending in my check after I received the software. They took the money out immediately. Also I thought I would be helping people get refunds, not taking a percent out of the money they had coming. That means refund checks are getting ripped off, plus false advertisement to possible employees. Maybe Dateline T.V. should get involved. We should get together & call them. They also said they were with the Better Business Bureau and that was also a lie.
