JMW Financial Services WENT OUT OF BUSINESS as of Friday, November 19th, 2004. Back in business Monday morning 22 November 2004, as NATIONAL CAPITAL FUNDING GROUP and they are very nervous about all the complaints in THIS website. Awww, too bad.
If you want your money back, contact your state's Attorney General, contact the newspaper where their advertisement appeared and complain. If the newspapers get enough complaints, these thieving jerks wont' be allowed to advertize. They already can't sell their crappy software program in South Dakota or ARIZONA. They don't want to CRAP in their own nest. Complain to the Federal Trade Commission.
It's EASY just go to the FTC website ans email them...Check out the Fair Business Association of America wchich they promote to make YOU THINK they are reputable... Does this FBAA really exist or is it ALSO PART of JMW/NCFG. The collection agency that HOUNDS so many of you is ALSO part of JMW...Guess what folks, they are all the same company. These people are PROFESSIONAL THIEVES. BUT ALAS there is a remedy... Their pride and arrogance will be their undoing. Just keep after them. DO you know how MANY people they have SCAMMED? They have about 20 telemarketers who take an average of 60 calls a day and make about 8-10 sales. Add it up.
Over the course of a year or two that's a lot of money. These folks are affiliated with other companies who teach them how to cover their assets, banking on the theory that it's only $98.00/89.00 and you won't bother to complain. Do your homework folks...Keep calling, their 800 #,TIE UP their phone lines. MAKE THEM worry about how THEY will pay THEIR bills. Jam their phones. Fill up their email box.
They have been at this for YEARS, moving from state to state... Another address they use is 3029 N Alma School Rd Ste 107-79, Chandler, AZ 85224. Main #602-357-3497, customer service# 602-357-3497? Customer Service? RED FLAG they tell you that you are an employee, why would an employee need customer service???

I read the original post and the rebuttal. Okay, so it's early, I read it all again. I didn't see a bank name, routing number, etc., etc. anywhere. But, I would suggest that while you are complaining to the Attorney General's office, you explain to them why you never noticed all of the complaints against JMW Financial Services before. Hmmmm, let's see. It's okay to rip people off as long as YOU get your cut? And maybe the Attorney General's office will be able to find the information you claim is posted.

To Whom it May Concern;
Ingram & Company is a PEO, (Professional Employer Organization) in Tempe Arizona. We prepare payroll for companies, including JMW Financial Services. We are given the payroll information and prepare payrolls and pay the taxes etc.
To protect the complaintants and not even check out the complaints is wrong.
You have may name, bank name, routing number and bank account number out on the web! You have 72 hours to remove them our we will pursue you with every legal recourse open to us.
We will be forwarding this to the Arizona Attorney Generals office for review.
