JNL DJ Services JNL Party Services Did NOT show for pr-paid Halloween Part 10/29/11 Indianapolis, Indiana

Pre-paid for DJ services at our Halloween party on Oct. 29th 2011. JNL were scheduled to arrive at 7:30pm. We had to call them at 8:15pm, they stated they were lost but could not tell us their location. Said they would arrive with-in the hour and we would get our full 4 hours. An hour and a half later they still had not showed. We had to call them several times before they answered. A woman then said their van had broken down and again could not tell us their location. We offered to come and pick them up, but were given several excuses why we shouldn't. The woman was very rude and highly unprofessional. They NEVER did show and it took them until 10;30pm to let us know they would not be there. Had to call several times the next week (on a different number) and took them over 2 weeks to give us our money back. Each time we spoke with someone from this company they were rude and gave no direct answers.
