Dear Recipient,

For anyone who may need a realtor, this is not the one to go to. Her business tactics are so unethical they are borderline illegal. For example - Jo-Ann Forster does not properly vet her buyers, nor cares about the interest of her listings. A while back, I had one of her sellers hire me as a realtor. Since - I was curious to why this person decided to drop Jo-Ann's services, I began to question why this occurred. The seller began to tell me that she is a manipulative and intimidating person to deal with. As shocked as I was to hear this, at the time, I began to question why this was so.

The person began to tell me how Jo-Ann likes to alter the prices of the houses she sells, without consulting the sellers. The same person - also - told me that some of her buyers tend to be big-time drug dealers, down here in Miami, who put up fronts to protect the identity of her purchasers. This, clearly, shows how careless and money hungry Jo-Ann Forster really is. The reason why I am filing this report is because I do - truly - believe that this type of behavior, within the world of real estate, is quite blatantly unacceptable and needs to be exposed. There is no doubt; Jo-Ann Forster is receiving way too much notoriety for her indiscriminate bearing. Anybody who reads this must let others know.
