We paid Bright futures glass and windows  ( Jeff Lindstrom) 50% to have a window made and installed. 

We havent heard from him after several calls. Tottaly ignores us . even though he has 1/2 the total cost of the window and installation. Not 1 call nor email from him nor his office.

DeRosa complaint

Everything Mr. DeRosa said in this complaint is absolutly fasle !  We were in contact a minimum of 9 times. We DID refund the 50% down payment they made. We sent them a cashiers check in the amount of $332.90. Mr DeRosa signed for this check on 11/26/16 at 4:06pm.

We had the windows and glass in our possesion and the insatll appointment set. Then we found out that he reported us to the BBB. At this point WE canceld the job, refunded his money and walked away. Mr DeRosa was never happy with anything. We have a two page detailed time-line of all the communication that took place from 8/27/16 at 1:00pm --11/21/16 at 4:15pm.

We set up the install appointment on 11/21/16. This is the same day he filed both of these complaints. The install was to take place on 12/2/16. We have all the paperwork to show that we were in communication with the DeRosa family as well as the proof of return of money.
