In Febuary of 2014 I began looking to buy a car,  i contacted Joe Machens Mazda after discussing with a customer from the company I work for my need to purchase a dependable car, my customer told me that he know ryan Dotson there and he seemed like a good guy to work with. I was than introduced to a sale associated by the name of Ryan Dotson who was more than willing to assist me in the purchase of another car. My first appointment with mr. Dotson did not go well I walked in and was not approached by anyone for at least 20 min, and waited for him to come introduce himself about 10 minute later with the explanation of he was with other customers and didn't expect it to take as long as it did..excusing his Un prompt time I than waited another hour before even discussing what cars he had to show. After my first visit with him I had decided that I was not interested in what they had to show me at that time, later I received a phone call from the man in charge of credit reviews for purchases who than very rudely advised me that my credit was not good enough to be picky and I should just take what they can give or help with. I advised the gentleman that I understood that my credit was not best for I was going throw a divorce and understood but was not will to buy something that I didn't want at a high interest rate and that I needed something dependable with a half way good payment. ( the man was very rude) Mr Dotson at that time told me he would be in contact if anything came in that he thought I might be interested in... A few days later I received a call from the dealership only after advising them that the kia dealership was willing to do what they could not, with yet another car they were trying to push me to buy I had to tell them several times what I was interested in, like magic they found a nissan altima 2003 that they insisted I come take a look at,  that they had just took in as a trade. Because my interest level at that point was not good they offered to let me drive the car a few days before I made a decision...

The first day I drove the car back to my job the car had little gas in it but the advised me it was fine I would be able to drive a while on that amount of gas, by the time I got to my office I had realized in order to go home that night and drive back to work and than back to them with the car I would need to get gas so after work that same day I went to get gas and could not get the gas door to open the latch om the inside of the car was broke, i thought no big deal I will call them in the morning.. called the next morning to advise them they made me feel stupid like I didn't know how to operate the gas door after 15 mins they agreed to send some one to get it opened, when the guys came to open it they chipped the paint around it badly so when I returned  back to Joe Machens the day after thay they agreed to fix, it I had than asked them if the car had been inspected for any major problems I was than advised it was a great car never no problems or issues and that they would need me to put something down to hold and pushed me to go file my taxes in order to put a thousand more down on top of the 300 hundred I just gave them and my trade in which they told me I would get  a thousand from it no question. I than discussed that 2 of the door handles were broke completely, but remember now I was told the car was inspected and had no other problems along with the fact that they insisted they had put gas in it them self and the gas door was fine than. (WHICH I BELIEVE WAS A LIE). They were very pushy, but agreed to fix the problems. So on the 14th of February after several times of telling them I was not sure I made the decision to buy the car cause I was in desperate need at this point and was tired of the whole situation that I had been through with them..they told me that they were going to put me in a loner car til they fix the doors and paint from which they damage..I had a loner for almost a complete month. (They claimed the weather was keeping them from getting the replacement parts delivered) I was making my first payment before I even got my car and caring insurance on it also. Now I have had the car for driving time less than 2 months and have had to put around 300 in parts not including service I have tried to contact them and can never get a return call. Today the car broke down the transmission off and on will start to slip as if it was doing over a month ago when I left a message for someone to call me about the issue..I understand I bought the car as is but to be having this many problems already is unreal I am as I stated to them a single mom raising 3 children and need a dependable car in order to support them..so today my soon to be ex husband called them to see if we could speak to a general manager and was given the run around and promised a return call. But they would gladly look at it for a high dollar amount..and I never got my return call from a general manager as I have been promised again...
