I guess we are lucky we got anything at all from Joe Manchel, based upon other ripoff reports.  We did finally after many painful days and nights of lies and broken promises did received a semblence of what we ordered.  I have most of the lies and promises in emails and text messages.  At one point, Joe said "I am not going to BS you anymore" that was a vote of confidence.  I am still waiting on new acrylic faces, trimcap and raceway covers that he said he sent out priority mail at the beginning of last week to finish the job.  I also gave him a financial out for the lack of completeness and for the distraught, and sleepness nights that I suffered in dealing with this crooked person.  I am working with legal shield to sue him, if anyone needs any collaboration, I would be willing to help.  This was absolutely the very worst business experience in my 35 year career.
