On November 7, 2006 I received a telephone call from Joe Martinez who said he represented the Grant Search Assistant company. Martinez began his conversation, he told me that I had called him and he was returning my call. That is when I began questioning him about his organization and why in the hell that my credit card had been charged $7.95 for the last two months from a company named Network Agenda and for what reason. He told me that was a part of the agreement, lying up and down and that was apart of the contract when I had order the free CD. I ordered the CD and the advertisement said I was to only pay for the shipping. Boy when I found out the real reason for Joe Martinez call, and that was to charge my credit card account an additional $29.95 per month for some undisclosed amount of months. I immediately told Joe Martinez that I think he should hurry up and close my account with his company. I asked him for there mailing address and planned to write a complaint. Immediately after speaking with Joe I called my credit card company and told then that network agenda was fraudulently charging my account and they told me to co9ntact network agenda for a refund.
