The rating is based on his disbarment and now being reinstated but cautioned for his unethical behavior which continues right up until today. Recent Bar Complaints site him for stealing money from a lawsuit that he and Darren Baysinger manufactured in order to steal money from a widow and her son. Baysinger is another scam artist who has taken money from shareholders and recently cashed in on stock from another company Click 121 where he and Titone cleaned out more unsuspecting investor pockets with their slimy deeds by creative accounting.

As evidence in his recent scam there are 2 checks attached to prove that his dimwit brother, another South Florida attorney, let him use his Trust Account to launder money from the illegal lawsuit he cashed in on in 2011. Stealing money is wrong but this guy has no conscience at all. After he attends the funeral services for the guy he steals his widow’s money from a lawsuit he concocted with Baysinger. It doesn't get much slimier then this.

Look at the checks from Titone’s brother’s trust account and then make up your own mind. There was more money for him as the attorney then the plaintiff who was in cahoots with this swindler. How does that happen?  Guess there was a lot of expenses but it never went to trial or even court? This was far from his first theft, they’ll be more to follow so keep reading the reports.
