This swindler has scammed a widow out of her husbands inheritance. That's right this scumbag along with his business partner Darren Baysinger scammed a warehouse out of 25,000. that belonged to a widow of his former client. Baysinger and Titone filed a fraudulent lawsuit that scammed a company in Miami Lakes out of 25 grand that did not belong to them by forming a company that did not exist before the rightful owners death.
Titone is Adam Sandler's Father-in-Law too. That's right he's Jackie Titone's Father. BTW neither Adam or Jackie want anything to do with this creep. WHY? because he's a creep and they know it. The daughter caught him in bed with some bimbo at his Coral Springs home some years back when she was a teenager and her mother was visiting her parents in NY.
It doesn't get much lower then this. With a Bar Complaint filed and criminal charges pending this cretin will face the music. I wonder if the picture he took with Rudy Giuliani was before or after he ripped off the widow? Rudy get this picture removed ASAP!!

He's the same piece of garbage that took off with a lawsuit settlement that another scumbag attorney Scott Leeds, a managing partner in The Cochran Firm's South Florida office in Miami, Florida, did for AT&T Wireless. These 2 scumbags deserve each other. Leeds is a ambulance chaser who scammed the same widow out of her husbands assets from a cellular dealership he owned that AT&T put out of business. Scott Leeds settled this suit that Titone and he contrived from the beginning to extort money out of the telecom giant. When it backfired Leeds cut his losses and bailed out with Titione getting the lions share of the settlement and screwing the clients.
Lawyers like these 2 should go to jail. The Florida Bar is now looking at their unethical actions and their slimy deeds.
