I placed an order for a TV. I was told it was in stock. I recieved a call back telling me that they would sell me an up graded model for a higher price. the manufacturer says that that model is not yet avaliable.

They would net give me a ship date. AV processed my AMX but it has not cleared. I have concacted AMX and they will notify me to stop transaction before it gets porcessed.
