JoesAV Joe's AV Scam on delivery and terrible customer service Internet

 Same story as other reports...I got duped too! I ordered a $2300 grill from these jokers on their website on June 19th. I purchased it because I read great reviews and the price was lowest around. They proclaimed "free shipping" when I made the purchase. Two days later I get a call from a guy claiming to be a "supervisor" trying to upsell me on shipping. He says "if you don't want to wait a month, pay an extra $200" I reluctantly agreed. Well it's now July 6th and I've yet to receive my grill and their communication has been terrible. They tell me whatever I want to hear on the phone that "the tracking info isn't correct" or "you'll be getting a call tomorrow for delivery". Neither happen to be true. Trust me, pay the extra money and buy from somewhere else!!
