This guy was hired to to plumbing on several jobs.  After getting the run around and delays and stoped answering and returning calls.  Of course he had already collected more than enough money for the work he had completed to date. 

Then finally once we tracked down 3 different numbers for him and was able to contact him he needed me to pay for his materials directly to the supplier first before he could come complete the stack out phase of the work.  Then that took several weeks to do. 

Then when ready for the trim out he gave us date after date he would show up and was a no show.  So finally I had to fire him.  I called around and several other plumbing companies told me they had to finish his work for others.  I even spoke with a long time builder friend of his that said he did the same thing to him but he keeps using him cuase of thier long time friendship.
