Joey M. Marks signed a contract to make payments to me for my classic 1965 cadillac coupe de ville then skipped town driving a newer white pickup with the help of Donna Mitchell. She was pregnant at the time and had 2 or three more kids in tow. He never titled or registered the car and said he was going to paint it black and lower it.
It was beige last I saw it and in good condition. He has a title which states the lienholder in Reno, Nevada but it is no good. I reclaimed the title at DMV so if he tries to sell it to you call the cops and get in touch with the lienholder on the title. Watch out for this guy, he is a real smooth talker and will take advantage of you.
He said he did auto body repair and was working as a mechanic!
