My ex whom I have 3 children with was ordered to pay child support back in 2002 backdating to our seperation in 11/2001. I have since recieved $0 in payments. The total at last tally was in excess of $50256.00. He needs to be ordered to be fixed like a dog.
He has 2 other children with other women whom he fails to support as well. He is under an arrest warrant for them as well. His mother lets him live with her and be a drain on the economy.

FYI- I live in another state. Mr. Rice was recently in prison, check out the maricopa county website and the prison website which is adc dot gov if you think I am lying. He's the criminal, not I. He does not pay me, nor his other ex who he is very far behind in payments. There is a case in Maricopa county for her, my case is in Oregon state, harder to enforce.
You know what I would like is for him to sign his parental rights over so my husband can adopt the children. Nothing more. And, if you are a friend of his, pass that along.
I have asked for this old listing to be removed by this website due to harrassment I have recieved from his family over it, and they will not. SO, I have spoken my peace and I would like to get on with my life.

I noticed that your ex does not appear on Sheriff Joe's most wanted. For the amount of money you say he owes one would think they would have them there. The authorities don't have time except once a year or during reelection do go around picking up what amounts to civil warrents. What have you doen for yourself to get this problem solved and what do you hope to accomplish? The courts can not force him to work. They can put him in jail for a period but he is a burden there as well. What do you want?

Mr. Rice is still paying nothing, still not being enforced by the state of Arizona. They do nothing to help, he gets a free ride to do NOTHING.
