I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company first and foremost. Do this immediately. This is a scam operation and it's not just a matter of opinion. Refer your credit card company to this website so that they can see the hundreds of other reports and rebuttals on this fraudulent operation.

This will also allow your credit card company to see just how idiodic and inconveniencing it is for victims when they insist on authorizing charges which have been proven fraudulent many times before in the past.

PATRICIA: As many of you, I also have been suckered into buying this program In June of 2005. Everything sound so good and convincing that I purchased this program for $15,400(my total savings).

REID: I hope and pray Patricia, that you didn't get taken for cash. If so, your only recourse may be to take them to court. If you've been taken by credit card you could dispute the charge and eventually receive a chargeback.

PATRICIA: This Included Cds, books, seminar in Vegas that I had to pay for etc. In the informercial they spoke about buying homes for pennies on the dollar and when you purchase this program they don't teach you how to buy homes but to buy government land.

REID: This fraudulent company does not teach anyone anything. If these inbreeds truly had the know how to obtain government land and resell them for profits they would be doing it themselves.

Instead these trailor park crooks prey on innocent (hard working) people with the false premise of "mentoring" them to obtain government tax leins and flipping them for a gain.

Legitimate mentoring programs where real estate gurus mentor total strangers to making more than their investment DO NOT exist.

PATRICIA: You also need money to buy these land of which I didn't have since I've already gave all my savings. What a waste of money.

REID: You didn't waste your money Patricia, you were duped. Now the balls in your court. What you do from here on out will ultimately determine whether you get your money back or not.

PATRICIA: I complained to the company and they agreed to refund a portion which was $5,400. Of which I thought maybe I would be able to purchase some land but, by the time my refund came, It was January 2006 and was totally disilusioned with the whole deal. Have any of you had any success in getting your total refund. Please advise.

REID: Do not contact this company. That is exactly what they want you to do so they can talk you down the wrong road. This company is nothing but a scam and they'll take every opportunity and do everthing in their power to convince you that it's not.
