I have already filed a report with my credit card company via a phone call. To better solidify the complaint I am going to put it in writing and send it to them. I am not quite sure how to go about wording the complaint to best get the point across and prove that this company is indeed fraudulent. My anger towards them tends to get the best of me whenever I start to put it into words. To anyone that has already gone through this... any ideas on how to tactfully and convincingly get my point across?

Thank you,

Shannon

Reid's Free Mentoring.

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 13, 2005

Hey there Everyone,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

WARNING: Discard any and all mail claiming to be selling "wealth building" programs. Also, disregard any and all Infomercials, newspaper classifieds, "business opportunity" magazines, etc, etc, which claim to start people off in their own businesses.

They're ALL scams! First off, there's no such thing as legitimate businesses selling "wealth building" programs.

Businesses that peddle these fraudulent programs, are simply raking in huge profits from the kits, enrollment fees, start up fees, etc, etc, which they collect from the many victims, that fall for their scheme.

In the process, these many fraudulent businesses, are compliling an enormous pool of victims to advertise for them, thus further perpetuating their scam.

The fact that a company is not willing and able to come forward in the public eye and fully disclose their success to failure ratio is absolute proof, that what they're peddling is a scam.

With this in mind, it's very safe to assume, that the success to failure ratio of "wealth building" programs are in the neighborhood of 1% and fraudulent businesses have no intent or interest in even proving this 1% in their favor.

The John Beck Mentoring Institute is no different. There are no such persons and or businesses, that are selling legitimate "wealth building" mentoring programs. Just hype!

Simple mathematics illustrate, that it makes absolutely no sense for any business to share their "wealth building" information with total strangers.

It also proves, that John Beck's programs along with all other "mentoring" programs are nothing but elaborate lure and trap/bait and switch credit card schemes.

ABSOLUTE MATHEMATICAL PROOF, THAT MENTORING PROGRAMS ARE SCAMS:

The costs of John Beck's (dishonest b*****d) fraudulent Free and Clear/Amazing Profits program are as follows. $39.99 + tax/shipping and handling and possibly another $12.00-$17.00 (non refundable) for rush delivery, which does not necessarily speed up the delivery process.

The cost of John Beck's fraudulent mentoring program, which just so happens to be the entire amount one has "available" on his or her credit card. For the purpose of example we'll use $6,400.00, which happens to be the amount that these cons have attempted to extort from me.

$6,452.00 on the lower end and for the sake of example. Not to mention the enourmous interest accrued.

Mike Evans from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring institute claimed, that coach Jeff had the ability and know how to mentor me to $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month, once again on the low end, during the course of my mentoring.

1. Why in the world, would anyone deliberately place themselves on the end of a losing proposition?

Why in the world, would anyone share his or her successful "wealth building" strategies to total strangers and for less than the "earning potential" claimed?

2. If John Beck's programs were legitimate, why would Mike Evans or anyone else from his fraudulent "mentoring" Institute be peddling the information to total strangers, as opposed to participating in the program themselves?

3. Simple mathematics tell us, that it would literally make 4-5 times more sense for "guru" John Beck to hire a team of associates and pay them a salary of $2,000.00 a month + full benefits to participate in his program and share all profit's, rather than selling the "secret knowledge."

The fact that he doesn't, proves, that even he, lacks confident in what he's peddling and is an admittance of guilt in knowing he's a scam artist.

4. Why hasn't John Beck (attorney practicing incest law), Carlton "Sheet" for brains, Tom Vu (ugly baboon), Bean Raviolli (girlie mon), Donkey Lapre (club femme), etc, etc, ever come forward to lay it all out on the table? Disclosure is key!

I would like to share what I have learned from the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute to the general public and for free, for I don't believe it's worth a penny.

1. Wanna make money investing in government tax lein sales?

2. Wanna learn how to use O.P.M (other people's money) as leverage for the purchase of leins?

3. Interested in being "mentored" to make $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month?

4. Do you have the willingness and desire to tie up your enire line of "available credit" just long enough for your rights to dispute expires?

5. Would you be willing to agree to a tape recorded agreement in which I tape record your agreement to enroll, but none of which is presented to you?

6. Would you be willing to sign my "one sided" contract and return it to me?

7. One sided in which I fail to stipulate the exact terms and conditions, policies and procedures, in the event of a breech, etc, etc?

8. One sided in which it's heavily filled with clauses in my favor?

9. Interested in receiving tax breaks?

If you've answered yes to all of these questions, you are entitled to and well on your way to making money.

1. Conduct a google search on government tax lein auctions. Write down the exact dates, times, and locations of each event. Feel free to bid online as well.

2. Contact H&R Block with all your tax related questions and concerns.

I hope this FREE information has helped. I have a shlew of other "mentoring" programs as well.

Masturbation, how to make money as a televangelist, sexual positions, how to build real pyramids, crop circles, etc, etc, are only a few of my many programs, but I'm afraid I must charge for these. LOL.

Until next time, take care Everyone cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Congratulations Shannon! Yet another victim wins a favorable decision against the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute and their "bend over buddy" collection agency EPN.

EPN is indeed a hoax, just piggy backing fraudulent companies and attempting to collect on non-existant debts. EPN's only employment requirments are 1. Takes it up the rear, or 2. Engages in sexual activities with one of his or her closest relative.

F%CK EPN! Why hasn't anyone from the fraudulent EPN sent me any collection notices? I am in dire need of toilet paper. LOL.

Until next time, take care Shannon along with Everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

WARNING: Don't ever send money to a collection agency without knowing your rights as a consumer before hand. Anyone can claim to be a collection agency.

Fruaudelent businesses like John Beck's will attract the attention of fraudulent collection agencies.

Finally....issued resolved!

AUTHOR: Shannon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, February 11, 2005

Hi everyone,

My name is Shannon and I first wrote of my experience with the Fraudulent John Beck Company in July of 2004. After six months of going back and forth with this company the ordeal is finally over.

I will briefly recap my story. In July of 2004 the fraudulent company duped me into ordering their product. About a couple of days later I got a really weird feeling about the company. I found this site and realized my gut was right. I filed reports with everyone under the sun. BBB, Attorney General, Consumer Protection...etc etc. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and after about four times of going back and forth (two months later)with them and John Beck's company, they finally did a charge to my credit card in the full amount of $4840.00.

In the mean time I received a reply from my states Attorney General's office saying that they would further investigate my complaint.

I thought it was over. A couple weeks later I received a letter from EPN, INC. collection agency saying my account was turned over to them and that I was to pay $3055.00. I wrote them back pretty much saying verbatim what Reid had posted on the site. I never received a reply. Surprise surprise!

Today February 10, 2005. I received a letter from my Attorney General's office saying that they received a reply from them. The reply from John Beck stated: Mrs. K has been issued a chargeback and has received all of her money back. Mentoring of America, LLC has dropped the collection against Mrs. K. Just to be sure I called the supposed "EPN collection agency" and they told me that my collection account had been canceled.

I just wanted to post this for inspiration to everyone out there fighting this fraudulent company and any like it. It took a lot of time and energy but beating these fraudulent companies can be done!!

Thank you so much to Reid, Tracy and everyone else who posted their story. There were many times when I wanted to give up and reading your situations made me keep at it and not let them win. Don't give up Stephanie!

Thanks again...good luck and keep at it. Hopefully their will come a day when companies like this go down and get what they deserve.

Sincerely,

Don't Ever Give Up!!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 28, 2004

Hey there Tracy, Rick, Shannon, Alan and everyone else,

I hope that this rebuttal finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health.

I am confident that you will all win your disputes. I only hope that you all don't stop there. This fraudulent company has nothing on anyone.

The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute can't even win a credit card dispute by proving that their company and offer are legit, so there's no f#ck!ng way they can prove it in a court of law.

I personally, would have sued this fraudulent company in small claims court, but feel as though small claims court is very often just a waste of time. Small claims court has a very low cap as far as monetarey compensation.

I much rather exercise my constitutional right to free speech and warn the entire world about this scam. At the same time, I am able to set my own cap on what I believe is just compensation. $9.8 million.

I also love nothing better than protecting the innocent, from what I'm certain is fraudulent. The best thing about the fraudulent John Beck program is the fact that we didn't have to deal with any shills thus far.

Anyway's, I think that it may be just a little to late for any and all nonsense rebuttals at this point, because just like all of their fraudulent claims, any rebuttal from this fraudulent company would be just that... fraudulent!!

Until next time, take care everyone, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. Keep on fighting!

Still Working on Dispute

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 27, 2004

Hi All,

Just wanted to touch base and let you know I've followed up with the BBB and they have asked that I reach a "middle ground" with the John Beck Mentoring Institution rather than get ALL of our money back. My response to the BBB: To seek a "middle ground" would be to acknowledge that this is a legitimate company which it is NOT. It is a fraudulant company which takes money from unsuspecting victims and then does not deliver its service.
So apparently, this will die on the vine. At this point, I will not settle.

I also have opened a dispute on John Beck via writing with our credit card company (American Express). They have given us our $3375 credit while this matter is in dispute. Hey, at least I'm not paying interest on this amount while its going on! :)

And finally, since this started in February, the idiots at John Beck have continued to call to get us to sign up for their wonderful mentoring program? OMG! However, I had a nice chat with the last guy who called (Shane, Sean, something) and once I explained that I was filing a suit against Mr. John Beck and it would be best for him to high tail it outta there, I've haven't heard from them again.

Take care, God Bless and good luck to you all!

Tracy and Rick

Don't Let This Fraudulent Company Get Away With Your Money!!

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 25, 2004

Hey there Shannon, along with everyone eles,

I hope that this message finds you in good spirit and health.

Alan is definitely one hundred percent correct. I can help and will assist you in every humanly way possible. Let me start off by suggesting, that you state your exact experience.

Disregard everthing that happened to me or anyone else. Your credit card company's dispute investigators are really only interested in your experience, but the fact that many others have shared similar experiences, if not the exact same, will tremendously reinforce your case.

Submitting your story in writing is definitely a great start. The fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute will more than likely continue to submit ridiculous items on their behalf and their desparation to win the dispute will start to become more and more apparent.

They will attempt to drag the dispute on for as long as possible, in hopes that you someday cave. Don't ever give up! That's exactly what they are hoping you do.

A few items that the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute will attempt to have pass as legitimate documentation are invoices, contracts, etc, etc, all of which have absolutely nothing to do with a "quality of service" dispute.

The longer this fraudulent company attempts to drag the dispute on, by submitting irellevant documentation, the more the dispute swings in your favor.

Believe it or not, this fraudulent company even begged MBNA to reverse the charges in their favor, because they've "supposedely" proven that I enrolled in their fraudulent program. Who gives a f#ck!

What the hell does any of these articles have to do with anything? I have not once denied enrolling in their fraudulent program!

So for the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute, or any other company to even attempt to submit items that have nothing to do with someones dispute, proves beyond a reasonable doubt, that their program is a scam.

This ludacrious nonsense also clearly demonstrates the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute's blatant and desperate attempt to extort money.

Your credit card company will keep you informed, every time the fraudulent John Beck mentoring Institute furnishes more of their bull$h!t.

Until next time, take care Shannon, Alan and everyone else cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless. Keep in touch guys!

P.S. F%ck you Mike Evans! I still haven't forgotten about my $9.8 million!

AUTHOR: Alan - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 23, 2004

Hi
check out the numerous responses about this scam artist, there are many hints about how you may recoup at least some of your money. I listen to the lisping John Beck, and how these properties many of which are worth 500K are being purchased for 356.75. That is a real hoot! If this were the case and could be done the method would be known worldwide, and the homeless would be living in mansions. Sad that people believe this dribble, and even sadder that these people are getting away with this. Hell, in other countries they would be cutting off their hands.
