The three people at John Beck that I dealt with before getting involved were Jeromy Foote, Kennard Wheeler and our coach. But I don't know how much he is to blame.

I am currently not pursuing this matter in court. No attorney out here in Hawaii is willing to take my case. Without question, I would definitely win my case, for without question John Beck's programs are clearly misrepresented and remain flat out fraudulent.

The problem with court however, is that it far too often favors the crooked parties in question, and very seldom the victim. Most attornies that I have spoken with, suggested to me to seek representation from an attorney, that would be willing to take my case on a contingency basis.

Most deceptive trade attornies that I have spoken with feel as though my $6,400.00 does not justify going to court over, and I personally feel the same.

I am not seeking damages for the $6,400.00, as I have already worked my a$$ off to recover it. I am however, interested in warning as many people as I possibly can, that John Becks programs are nothing but scams.

Stephanie, there is no limit or cap as to how much one may sue a fraudulent business for. There is no one person and or method, that can determine what someones time is worth.

John Beck and his team of genetically imbreded f%cks, have wasted over a year of my life, and are trying to ignore this situation, while attempting to sweep it under the rug. I am really glad though, for it works to my advantage in many ways.

1. I'm not doing this to make money. What I'm trying to accomplish is simply warning viewers of early morning television, that the John Beck Free and Clear Program is fraudulent, and only sold to get consumers to purchase more fraudulent materials and programs.

2. By no employee or John Beck himself, coming forward to address and rectify the many complaints against the company and programs, tremendously reinforces each and every report made against them.

No legitimate business would ever have allowed this many complaints against it to have gone unacknowledged and unresolved. If a company is able to prove any statements, comments, or reports against it false, or to the contrary, it definitely would have done so by now.

3. I along with many others, have won disputes over the fraudulent John Beck program with our credit card company. Everyone that has been involved in a credit card dispute one time or another, knows that one does not win a credit card dispute by chance.

Since you may have inadvertantly allowed the dispute window to expire, I would say you may be in a much better position, to receive monetary compensation from this fraudulent company for punitive damages. Credit card companies unfortunately are not able to award such damages.

During my credit card dispute, the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute was totally unable to prove anything, other than the fact, that I had enrolled into thier fraudulent scam. Actually more like lured and trapped.

4. Pecker head, Mike Evans actually threatened to sue me, if I ever decided to exercise my right as a consumer to dispute quality of goods and or services. Well guess what? I did dispute their services and won with relative ease.

The fraudulent John Beck team have assisted me in proving their company and services fraudulent, by not being able to prove otherwise.

You can easily do the same Stephanie, with the possibility of coming out way ahead as far as compensation is concerned. You are very fortunate to have found an attorney that's interested in your case, and looking out for your best interest.

God Bless you and your attorney, for finally shedding much needed light on this scam, while at the same time, the many agencies that are turning a blind eye on scams. Waste of tax payers money and nothing but a joke.
