John Beck/Mentoring of America/Strategic Financial Companies et al engaged in the
following in relation to our dealing with them:

1) Abusive telemarketing acts and practices using false representations designed to coerce
us into buying their services 2)Up selling using high pressure sales tactics to
hard sell us into using "other people's money" 3)Misrepresentation of
the ease of success with their program 4)Misrepresentation of the profitability
& risk involved in the investment 5)Charged tuition/investment based on our
credit limits, etc. 6)Fraudulent marketing of their program (Inside Edition
4/28/09  7)Misrepresentation of the quality, integrity and return of
investment of their "coaching program"  8)Failure to disclose
3-day right to cancel in writing/failure to provide cancellation form

The company/companies violated the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, violated California's Home Solicitation Sales Act and violated the Consumers Legal Remedies Act.
