This is the third report I've submitted.. Hopefully this one gets through.  I invested close to $180.00 for a starter package from thr John Beck Real Estate "pennies on the dollar" program.. My package came in the mail, and then as I was attempting to start it up, Mentoring of America called with an offer to join their "Success Team", which they had to qualify me financially for.. It seemed as though they were going to teach me how to make lots of money with their program.. and if I wasn't 100% satisfied after a year.. they would give my money back!! Good luck with that part..

After I decided to give their program a try.. Strategic Financial called and had one of their topnotch schemers tell me of the dangers of doing this kind of business without investing in their LLC company, and having them do my taxes as well... he told me that doing business without investing in them was like having sex without wearing a condom.. He also mentioned that 9 of 10 of his students were making over $200k in the first year of business.. and those students were paying no taxes on their profits..

I invested close to $12,000.00 between the three companies, worked more than the 5-10 hour/week that they suggest, made not a single transaction during the first year... And when I asked for my money back.. was asked to provide copious amounts of proof of my work.. Note that every phone call you make to this company, they will tell you they're recording your conversation.. but somehow this tape is useless for tracking clients' work..

I would have been better off investing in a sharpie and cardboard box, and sitting on the corner with a sign... Please don't waste your hard earned money on these companies!!

As of the day before this report was posted BOTH MOA and Strategic Financial committed to refund most of my money... but since the report surfaced, I've heard from neither one again.

This doesn't REALLY surprise me as these companies have been blowing smoke in my direction since I made my first contribution to their corrupt enterprise.  I'm no judge, but I'd say they'll be paying sooner or later. The Lord works in mysterious ways!
