This so called eviction service filed a case in the courts without my knowledge or ever being served. NOt only that but wasnt aware of anything until i was given the paperwork for garnishing my wages at my work!

Fortunately i was layed off from the job i was at so they were only able to garnish the one check! They got me for probably $300. The thing that really blew me away is when i finally looked at the papers for john bouzane, my name has been forged onto the rental agreement as well as the amount of rent my boyfriend and i were paying. They had altered the amount form $500 to $800 which we never could of afforded. THe other amazing part of the matter was we had moved out before they actually served paperwork to vacate. Years laterand now living out of CA. i get a letter saying i owe over $3000. I was furious and tried to call; the officeof Mr. Bouzane telling them that, this was bogus and about the forgeries, which in replythey pretty much said i would have to get some paper and file them nin the courts, which would be pretty hard to do seeing i now lived in northern nevada.

Need less to say i finally got frustrated and arranged to set up a payment plan with them for $50 a month for who knows how long, just to stop the threats of garnishing my wages again and to clean up my credit report.
