John Burgess, Trustee Of Florida Mgt.Asset Protection Trust+Gerasimos Morfesis, The Money Man Fraudulent and forged docs to my properties under coercion tactics and unknown to me, who is legally blind and 100% disabled. O Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Springhill Florida

Both Morfesis and Burgess have thretened me and use intimidation tactics. Morfesis thru forgery purchased a mortgage of $75,000 on my free and clear home, located in Hudson Fl, and Burgess who has been in contact with Morfesis thru fraud and coercion had me sign at 10 pm at night, at a restraunt in Tarpon Springs, docs that I could not see due to my blindness and 100%disabilities.

The con was carried out through making me believe that I was signing permission for Burgess to speak to my bank, 53rd, so that he could purchase 4 homes in Brandon, Fl. for investment. These were seriously in arrears and because of my health, was prepared through a realtor, to do a short sale.

I had been railroaded into signing docs and Burgess has been collecting rents of $4000 per month while my bank is prepared to foreclose me and setting judgements against me. Burgess had been arrested for cocainne possession and has lavishly traveled to Brazil as one of the many tenants that he has abused reported. He insists on tenants that he has not evicted (there have been many), to put cash under their mats that he collects in the middle of the night. Additionally, though he looks to be in his 70's, he is in his 50's, placed a 20 yr old girl in one of the homes, and was having sexual relations with.

To note, the notary used for this fraud, a Wesley Gilbert, accompanies Burgess, but sits far away while the fraud transfers took place on Jan 16, 2008. Morfesis, on the other hand, forged a "quit claim in lieu of foreclosure" at my bank's notary that noticed he added two witnesses that did not exist in the bank, to be able to record the quit claim that he obtained $75,000, from the free and clear property I planned to make my homestead, that is now in the process of also being foreclosed that he never made any payment on. Both had conducted extensive real estate backgrounds on me and Burgess claimed to have known my now deceased dad
who was a doctor in Massachussetts. Both knew of properties I own together with my brothers. They both befriended me, and once they obtained title, began a reign of intimidation and threats to me and my family's lives.

Advize folks to be alerted to their scams, and in all likelihood per one attorney that I cannot afford to hire, have put money from my properties into their exclusive residences through Florida's homestead, that is fully protected. Ironically, the name of Burgess' company is Florida Asset Managment Trust, John Burgess Trustee. Have reviewed other properties he has acquired much in the same way....No consideration whatsoever though I am sure in both cases, will say they earned their way to the properties, and these scams to defraud. They are a menace to society, and as such, I would be very blessed for Charlie Christ, and Attorney General for Florida, Bill McCollum to prosecute. I can only hope to file a quiet title suit.
