I (Client) had to countersue John Mayoue and his firm (Warner, Mayoue, Bates, and McGough) for conflict of interest, breach of fiduciary, fraud on promissory note, violation of Fair Consumer Practices Act, RICO. Mayoue violated also attorney client privilege, attempted to obstruct justice and used unethical, and immoral collection practices against his own former client, who also had health problems that he was aware of. See lawsuit Warner, Mayoue, Bates & McGough v. Hammond and her counterclaim. Check court records at Fulton County Superior Court. Or click in this link http://www.fultoncourt.org/sca200807/fast-finder/civil-case-search.html. There are also ongoing and past similar billing collection disputes/liens/lawsuits involving this law firm. This lawfirm is in a similar position to Frederick J Hanna & Associates Pc, and their lawsuits for collection practices and violation to the Fair Debt and Collection Practices Act. And they should be investigated too.

The firm attempted to fool, and bully client to sign away her rights, to sue Mayoue for legal malpractice.
