John Casablancas Jasmine Ford the Talent Director and lauren silbert the head director pressure men and my 7 year daughter into paying them and we did gave them a deposit and we wanted to get our money back and they said that we couldnt Oakbrook terrace Illinois Nationwide

To whom may it concern , I was @ John Casablacasas on April 12 2014 @ a interview for my 7 year old daughter. However they rip me off big time. when they called my daughter back for a secound interview. The talent director Jasmine Ford had pressure me and my 7 year daughter into paying them money. The 12 was on Saturday. On Saturday I had read the contract and it said that I ahd 3 calender days to cancel the contract.  So I as the mother called to cancel the contract the very next day. So then I called the head director Lauren S on her cell phone. She also inform me to not call her cell phone again. While we was on the phone she had said to put it in writting. Which thease was on Sunday April 13 2014. So then I had turn around and called Jasmine ford who took me and my daughter money. I Dominique Key had ask her how can I put it in writting before three days is up and Jasmine Ford told me as long as it is dated then I will be fine. So I kept calling John Casablancas over and over again to see if they have got my letter in writting. So they kept playing games and sing that they dont have it. So then the head director called me back and said that the money was hers to keep cuz she got the letter to late after I have dated just like Jasmine Ford told me. She was not even trying to be reasonible or nothing. My daughter did not attend not one Class and they took her money. So then I ask the head director Lauren is there anyway I can speak to someone over her and she said no. Then I also ask what is the headquarters number and she said that she did not know.......
