The program was offered at a price of $399.00 with a 30-day trial of reviewing the "free CD."  Called them up and requested the CD, had a very vibrant, fast talking sales clerk who went on and on, making it sound as if the whole package would be for only $399.00 should I decide to keep the program.  When I found out I was unable to pay for the program, I called to get the Return Authorization number and was told I had 15 days to return package.  I ran beyond the 15 days time frame due to family problems, got too busy.  Called & requested for another RA # at which time it was denied; they said I had to pay for the whole program.  Still, it was my understanding that I would have to pay the $399.00.  Unbeknownst to me, the amount that I was told to pay was a total shock, I have been informed that I have the pay for the whole $599.00 package.  I told the sales rep, I thought it was $399.00.  The sales rep stated that I had requested additional CD's which adds up to that price.  I was told that I have three more additional payments remaining on this package.

It is totally a scam when they advertise on tv, over the phone making it sound as if you were going to pay the price that they mention, then they get very creative with words and they charge you more for what you actually requested for.   THIS IS A SCAM!  I haven't had time to even listen to the first CD yet since I am a busy mother, working hard trying to make a decent living for my daughter who is in college.  These type of false advertisement and scams need to be stopped.  Don't know if Congress would place any legislation on this type of business they operate; but, these type of business people need to be stopped and put out of business.

You people out there, please beware of these types of vultures whose only intention is to get money out of you instead of helping you get out of financial debt. I will get myself out of this in the next 3 months; but, John Commuta's program is more expensive than they actually tell you.  I would suggest you go pay a visit to your local accountant or someone local who you can sit face to face about any financial problems, set up a plan to get out of financial debt.  That would be more beneficial.   I would not recommend John Commuta's program to anyone at all.

You got it all wrong with John Commuta(Not a "get rich quick scheme"

AUTHOR: Andy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, October 06, 2011

The company that sells John Commuta's program is Nightengale-Conant.  So, If you do have a gripe, it is with them.  I bought John Commuta's program on e-bay for less than $75 which is an awesome deal compared to what the program normally sells for.  This program is not a "get rich quick scheme."  John Commuta even tells you that in his program.  If you happened to read and go through John's transferring debt into wealth system(which I can assume you probably didn't), John lays out step by step on how to get out of debt using his system(Reality check:  You have to put a little bit of work into it, but not that much) using the money that you already make and live your life on cash).  This can be done in 5-7 yrs.  I have recently started using his program as of September 2011 and his debt elimination software has shown me that my $31,000 in debt will be paid off by December 2014( a little over 3 yrs) if I do exactly as he has told me.  So far, everything is working as planned.  He also teaches ways to keep the credit industry from taking your money.  And yes,  he is becoming wealthy off of this program because anybody who has something of value to teach someone should be paid for it.  Don't you agree?  That's what college professors do.  Some of the money-making ideas in his program might not make money for you.  If you don't try any of them, then of course, they won't.  Even if you didn't do any of them, wouldn't using that extra money that you were using to pay your creditors and putting it into a variety of mutual funds that would get a better return than a saving account and possibly make you wealth by you retire be worth it?  I found a lot of John's information very useful and it was well worth the money.  I will personally give you my e-mail address if anyone is interested in asking me about the program.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Do not buy it from John Commuta

I heard about this program on the radio, but instead of ordering it from John Commuta, I found it on ebay for less than $75.  You can save a lot of money this way.  There was no way I was going to pay the $399 or whatever it is for the program.  Also, I think you can order it on amazon.com.  I have gone through his program and it is awesome and very much worth buying either way.  You will make up that money in the interest you save of paying down your debts.  There is a lot of useful information and I am on way to becoming debt free.  I hope this helps.  I highly recommend the program.

For these "get rich" schemes. He's transferring YOUR debt into HIS wealth. ;-) Basically all these programs tell you to do is one of these things or a combination of both:

1. Find cheap real estate, assign a contract, and make a few bucks.

2. Pay off your debt (um...if you could do that you wouldn't be in debt) and then when it's paid off, use the same amount of money each month you were paying towards debt to put in an investment of some sort.
