In September of 2005 I received an offer through an e-mail and decided to purchase John Cummuta's program. I talked to a couple of peoople that called me after that and I informed them that I was very ill and did not have an opportunity to return the package that I received because I could not afford it. I was under the impression that the total package was only $89.95 and found out later that they were taking $89.95 each month out of my banking account. I e-mailed John Cummuta before Christmas and asked him what could be done to send the package back and did not receive even the courtesy of a reply.

I then contacted Nightingale-Conant and was informed that I needed to contact New World Media at 800-683-7501 which I did and was told that since the product was not returned in 30 days after purchase they would not accept the package back and if it was sent it would only be returned to the sender. The message from a person by the name of "Susan" was very curt, she stated that it would not be accepted and if I wanted to request a consideration on the balance to leave a message and she would get back to me. WHAT BALANCE, THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN OVER $400.00 FROM ME AND WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS PACKAGE BACK.

IF I HAD NOT BEEN ILL, THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN MAILED BACK TO THEM BEFORE. I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING WHAT IT SEEMS, JUST A BIG RIP-OFF. TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT CAN LEAST AFFORD IT AND NOT GIVING ANY REGARD TO THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES.

AFTER I FILE THIS REPORT, I AM GOING TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE STATE ATTORNEY FOR FLORIDA AND INFORM HIM OF WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING.

IT IS JUST NOT FAIR. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING YOU DO NOT WANT, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO SO AND GET REIMBURSED. I WAS NOT INFORMED THAT I ONLY HAD 30 DAYS IN WHICH TO RESPOND. THIS WAS ONLY GIVEN TO ME TODAY WHEN I WAS ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. INVESTIGATE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM. I WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO BE RIPPED OFF THE WAY I WAS. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR TO BE.

Cummata's Program Solid

AUTHOR: Russ - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 29, 2006

John Cummata has a solid program. I have actually spoken to him and am vary impressed with his solutions and his ideas.

The problem here is the marketing company. I do think that every company should review each case separately and make a decision base on the customer's concerns. In the case above, New World should have refunded the money upon receiving the kit back.

As for the program itself, it is eye opening and important information. I have found it to be worth the money and it has changed my whole perspective on money and how to achieve financial freedom.

It is too bad a good program gets a black eye from the marketing company that is not flexible.

As the previous commenter said, go to eBay and pay less. It will be worth the money.

I like the Cummuta's CDs

AUTHOR: Wes - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 25, 2006

Although I think they are a little bit overpriced. Ironically, he wants you to take you out of dept, but ask for a lot of money (around $400.00 with some DVDs, which probably you won't need). After I heard the ad, I took some time to cool off and started to search for bargain and bought the CDs for $20 on eBay. Yes, I would say, they are worth every penny.
