SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This guy John Darer is the worse and is to be avoided at all costs. He is a lying scum, scam artists, and ripoff who has been involved in a ton of lawsuits against him. All of this is public record and open information.

If you read the listings and results that speak about his scam company 4structures you will see that he is a very dishonest and intolerable person and if you think about trusting him than he will take advantage and rip you off and than threaten to sue you in the court of law.

Recently he posted a fake Miami structured settlements case where he is deceiving the general public and those in need saying that he has helped out. If you ask him to produce the evidence of this case he will not be able to. Also this scam artist can't even spell settlement correctly. This is definitely a guy you can not trust. Stay far away.

The fake posting he put up quoted here:

being patient and going above and beyond in his efforts to shop around,
advising the 4 finalists in the bidding process that the
structured settlement watchdog was observing, the annuitant's
representative Mr. P,  was able to get 69% more for his structured settlement payments from the company in
Texas that won over the first offer he received the first company whooffered money.  The
effective discount rate (inclusive of expenses and transaction costs)
was 6.28%  { see #6 of the Florida disclosure he provided to me
The following is an excerpt of
the email that the representative sent to the Texas structured
settlement factoring company that won the deal:

"As you may remember, I mention John Darer of Structured Settlement
blog who recommend your firm along with a few others as the small few reputable
companies in the industry.
He has not nor will he
receive any compensation from client or me in regards to this transaction.
However, he did request that I update his blog in regards to outcome, for which
I had agree to do so. I am now ready to make my comment on his blog. The client
has already been informed and has no problem with me doing so, but before doing
so I want to let you know first as well give provide with what I intend to say
and upload for others to see".
is Florida Disclosure notice  (downloadable copy above) the client and your company name been redacted and
my comments below make no mention of either party.
my comments will be "Thanks to Mr. Darer's blog and personal pointers I
was able to obtain a fair price for the sale of client structured settlement.
Therefore, if one has no choice, but to sell their settlement educate yourself
first before selling start by reading John's blog" (emphasis ours)

annuitant's representative, "Mr. P.",  contacted me after reading
several of my blog posts and receiving an offer to buy his client's
certain future periodic payments which he said was approximately $21,000
. The purported offer was from a structured settlement buyer that
claims it is the only bank designed to serve the unique needs of
structured settlement annuitants and because of this they can offer the most money for these settlements. This turns out not to be the case in this instance."

Structured Settlement Watchdog Exposes Bad Busines Practices of Cash Now For Structured Settlement Companies

AUTHOR: Spot - (United States of America)

I am the structured settlement watchdog.  The person who wrote this particular Rip Off Report complaint is 100% not the individual that is named, but using the name as an alias to help ramp up the SEO. This simply detracts from the credibilty of the alleged complaint.  It is very clearly an SEO tactic

The deal they claim was fake is not fake at all. I have in my possession the voice mail of the client who states clearly that he is a fan of the structured settlement watchdog's blog  http://structuredsettlementwatchdog.com.

Furthermore I have in my possession any necessary documentation to back up my first rebuttal. Such back up documentation includes email from the client. It is not our practice to share confidential client documents with third parties, not to mention a site like this.

Should you wish to verify what the mission of the structured settlement watchdog is, simply go to http://structuredsettlementtwatchdog.net or visit http://structuredsettlements.typepad.com

People like Ryan Blank, Richart Ruddie, David Springer and others who participate or have participated in the structured settlement secondary market have the motivation to post derogatory materials about us in various forums all around the Internet because the structured settelment watchdog exposed, questioned and documented their bad business practices. For example, Ryan Blank and Ruddie's company Annuity Sold falsely advertised they were licensed in all 50 states. David Springer David Springer lost a case in which I testified as a fact witness in support of his adversary and was required to pay a monetary judgment. During the course of the litigation against Springer, it was revealed that David Springer was falsely promted as a lawyer,  used made up names with the Better Business Bureau and other public facing social media and even cheated the system by having his fake names endorse each other on LinkedIn. Fake paid testimonials were used to promote Springer's company.

  1. As you can easily verify here http://www3.ambest.com/DPSDirectorySearch/CompanyDisplay.aspx?dpid=41389 , A.M. Best has independently contacted clients of JD and has listed JD as an AM Best Client Recommended Structured Settlement Expert for 4 consecutive years
  2. There are no complaints registered with any state insurance department or any state's attorney general, or any state or Federal regulatory agency, nor have there ever been.
  3. The company has been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau for 12 years with its highest A+ rating in all of those years.

If the structured settlement secondary market had regulation of the sale practices of  the structured settlement secondary market there would be no need for a structured settlement watchdog. In the meantime as long as there is no regulator I have to continue my mision to protect American consumers.  Again the mission is clearly stated at http://structuredsettlementwatchdog.net

John Darer Scammer Blunders

AUTHOR: john-darer - ()

This guy John Darer is the absolute worse with his filthy trash talk. There is an impending investigation into his practices to attract business by him trash talking. John Darer has a lot of complaints about him and is involved in lawsuits by a woman he took advantage of.

He is so pompous that he will comment here saying that he has all the evidence he needs to disprove this but he will not. He is not a good person and does not benefit society as he solely believes that he does.

All the Back Up We Need

AUTHOR: Structured Settlement Watchdog - ()

We have all the back up we need to the transaction, including the email and the settlement purchasing company. The 4 finalist settlement purchasing companies that were asked to bid by the seller's consultant would have also received an email. The transaction howiver, is private.  The complainer unfortunately sounds like a sore loser.   We have a good mind who he is and this is part of a pattern of behavior that extends to other companies in the industry.

Anyone who wants to see learn about why John Darer became a structured settlement industry watchdog should consider visiting www..john-darer.net. Our motto which says it all,  is " Going Green By Uncovering The Brown". The sort of information John Darer is uncovering about the bad guys in the industry is quite unsettling.
