Back in January 2012, I contacted in regard the selling of my Florida Timeshare. On January 7, 2012, I forwarded to Mr. John Donlon $400 to cover the title search. As of this date, Feb 5, 2013, I have not received any monies or reponse. On March 1, 2012 I filed an online complaint to the Florida Attorney General Office.
Received a letter dated Oct 24, 2012 from Bernie McCabe, Florida Attorney, that a criminal charge had been filed against Mr. John Donlon. On Janary 23, 2013 a pretrial conference was scheduled.
Received a letter dated Februar 1, 2013, that an arraigment was schedulaed for February 19, 2013.
I may never get my money back, but at least Mr. Donlon has to face the court with what he has done to me and other people.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
Timeshare Fraud

You should never pay an upfront fee in an effort to sell your timeshare. Put it this way, why would they care about selling your timeshare if you already paid? whether the fee is called an appraisal fee, a market analysis fee, a marketing fee, an advertising fee or some other type of fee, the result has been always the same. I wish you good luck in your arraigment, you should also read this article abut timeshare resale companies:
