John has not completed contract for construction.
John's construction work has started August 27, 2004 to present. Job is still pending, work has not yet been completed since 8/27/04.

John hasn't followed up with client regarding completion of construction after being paid the full amount of $120,000. Client has left messages with John Givargis asking the time frame of work completed. John hasn't contacted clients a weekly basis regarding status.

Clients are real estate and loan officer who refered clients to John Givargis for property. Client refered Beverly S., who asked John for an estimate for roof. Beverly S., from Country Club Hills, IL was quoted by John 50% Down of 10,000 and on completion the remaining of the 50%. Beverly S. got second opinion and spoke to another contractor quoting 5000 and 1/3rd down. Joe Weis refered client to John Givargis, quoted 10,000 for hardwood flooring, and closet doors. 50% down of 10,000 and completion of the remaining 50%. John was refered to another client as well and didn't complete property of home. Never called the client or contact after recieving the full payment.
