John Hames Bad Person to do Business With!!!!! Denver Colorado

In my opinon, John Hames is one outrageously bad person. He lied to me about asking me to advance money for his car purchase program, whereby he finds older cars, buys them, fixes them up, and then sells them with a guarantee of a double of your money within 30 to 60 days.

In my case, I advanced him significant funds with which he allegedly purchased 4 cars. He would never let me see the cars but promised that he did purchase them. Nor could he tell me where they were being stored.

He represented that he was going to fix them up within a realtively short period of time and they were basically already pre-sold because of their rarity and my return was assured.

Thereafter, he disappeared. I could not find him. Occassionally, he would report on this ridiculous series of auto junkyard searching entitled THE AMERICAN CAR PROSPECTOR that he continued to tell me would be airing soon and then he would immediately have the funds to repay me with.

He could and would not answer me regarding what happened to my cars in spite of repeated requests, each time I accidently found him. Were they real? Did he defraud me from the beginning? Was he even knowledgable about cars? Is he really the scam artist that I now know him as?

That was years ago and I cannot find an address, an email address, a physical location where he is living, friends, or others but for the other post on this site of someone else whom he has scammed and not paid.

In my opinion, I would definitely do your deep research before you consider doing any business with this person. Make sure that everything that he represents to you is true and correct from third party sources. You may save yourself tears and losses. Don't fall for his charm and seemingly pure intentions as I found them to be completely false and done with insincere intentions.

This guy and his lies and scams are what make honest people unable to believe anyone!
