John J J Pugh Issued phony subpoena to my bank to obtain bank account information Sacramento California

I recently received from my bank a very official looking subpoena issued by John J Pugh, Attorney at Law, 1731 Howe Ave. # 324, Sacramento, CA 95825. My bank's legal dept advised me to contact the "agent who issued the subpoena," otherwise they are required by law to provide this information to the requesting party. When I called the number lsited on the subpoena, it rang and rang and rang, with no answer.
I then attempted to locate an address, an alternate phone number, a fax number or email address via Google. There are so many more reports of attempted fraud by this individual it is not even funny. The address of the attorney listed with CA Bar association is a PO Box, different from the address on the subpoena.
A few days later a few small authoriztions/charges appeared on one of my accounts from a company called Help247, whose 800 number also rings and rings and rings... Eventually the unauthorized charges posted to my account were significant, and now I am left with the pain of having to recover my money.
